REHAB FOR RESALE

A neighborhood revitalization program transforming vacant properties in Pittsburgh’s Hilltop communities into quality, energy-efficient, affordable homes.

Our Rehab for Resale program acquires and rehabilitates homes across the Hilltop neighborhoods, with a focus on long-term community stabilization, equitable development, and preservation of the existing neighborhoods.

The program combines public, nonprofit, and private partnerships to deliver fully renovated homes for households earning at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).
