As the Director of Economic Development, Meg leads the business district programs in Allentown’s East Warrington Avenue corridor and Mt. Oliver/Knoxville’s Brownsville Road corridor.

As Community Outreach Manager, Aimee leads community-driven initiatives and outreach efforts that connect residents to essential services and stabilization resources.
Contact Aimee to learn about our food distribution program (Fresh Fridays), home resource workshops (CofFREE & CommuniTEA), neighborhood clean-ups, emergency property stabilization program for homeowners, and potential pathways to homeownership through our Rehab for Resale program. A lifelong resident of the Hilltop, Aimee can share the history not only of the neighborhoods but also of many of the people who make the Hilltop what it is today.
As Event and Communications Coordinator, Lexie manages events, design, social media, and communications for both the Hilltop Alliance and the business districts we support.

As the Outreach Coordinator for 12 neighborhoods, Blake supports Hilltop residents with resource navigation. You can find her at the Knoxville Library every Monday and Wednesday, 3-5 pm.

As Carrick Outreach Coordinator, Shawn assists the Carrick Community Council and Carrick residents with resource navigation, litter cleanup initiatives, farmers market vending, and volunteer recruitment.
